That's a tough one...I translated it and was only about to get "Gravel". I looked it up in the Koll's and it is a variation of the 4624 which is very similar. I looked everywhere and searched...maybe a fake decal or repaint? I will keep looking.

This is the closest I got but it led me in the wrong direction:

Read the description on ebay. There is a box. Ask the seller if he can e-mail pictures of the box. This might contain the information you want.

In my edition of Koll's Spezial Katalog there are two cars with the Sehring-Kies logo on them.

They are listed under 4431 (Märklin basic model number) and its serial number 84701
and under 4631 (Märklin basic model number) and its serial number 84701.

These of course do look different than the one from the Ebay auction. My Koll is from 1997 because I am normally not in need of anything from these Special Items. So maybe somebody who has a later version might be able to tell about this third version.
I like M-track and my things that run on it were built between 1959 and 1972.

I emailed the seller as well and got the same answer. Wrong box. Looks like I was somewhat correct on some of the KOlls and model numbers!

It's not in my 2004 Spezialkatalog either.
Looks like an unofficial conversion of a 4626
