SBB Marklin Giruno sound welcome aboard announcement - Is it different from the Trix version?

I watched a YouTube video posted 2 days ago by Modellbahn Union shop Kamen, Germany.
It was in Deutsch so I didn't understand all of it, but I could see that the track had no center studs.
It looked like K track otherwise. So the review was of the Trix version like the box he showed.
The welcome aboard announcement ended with "We hope you enjoy your trip". My Marklin 39810 version doesn't say that at the end. If anyone has a Trix version can you please verify it?
Thanks. If it isn't different, then they must have customized the sound file.

Is this the video you refer to?

It is the 25810 Trix version in the video.

I just checked my Maerklin 39810 for you. It does state "und wuenscht Ihnen eine angenehme Reise" at the end of F9. For F10, it states "and wishes you a pleasant journey" in English.

Which function number are you referring to?

For the record, the announcement is identical other than the destination on my Piko model too.

Ok, thanks Mike. Maybe it's just me not recalling the entire announcement. I have a 43461 supplement car set coming tomorrow or Friday. I'll unpack the train then and get back to you. The function button is either the 2 or 3 announcement, after the first stations destinations one.

Mike, my welcome aboard the euro city announcement finishes with "Zurich main station" every time.
The extension car set arrived today and it is defective. The coupler socket that connects to the lead car isn't seated or assembled correctly. It doesn't pivot smoothly nor make electrical contact. The shop is sending me a return shipping label to exchange it.
One brake rotor wheel detail is also loose in the box.

My train on F9 has an announcement heading south from Zurich to Zug, Arth Goldau and Milano.
It is not the same as the one in the video for the northbound run (Milano to Zurich)

I will have to experiment to see why this is the case. I went through the "next stop" calls and it progresses down the whole route and then resets to Zurich.
I have not got it to do them in the northbound direction. There does not seem to be a function trigger to activate a change in the direction of the announcements, so it may take a little while to figure this out.
Reversing the train direction did not seem to change it.

Mike, I am wondering if they are configurable by using the world of operation cab driver? I will have to experiment too.

I managed to get the station calls to change from north to south to the other direction. I don't think that you will ever hear announcements for Como or Milano Centrale in Schwyzerduutsch though. I'm pretty sure that the announcements for Italy are done by Trenitalia in Italian, German and English.
I have not yet gotten the main train announcement to work for the northbound route.

Thanks Mike. It's not a major thing. It's such a nice model. At least I get Como, San Giovanni, Chaisso, Zug, Zurich or Zurigo, Milan in one direction.
