Hi Farid
The signal needs programming first. Have you programmed it yet?
Here is the user's manual
https://static.maerklin....4d0388fc2b1434542025.pdf

You must select the desired address or addresses depending on the model type.
For programming, the signal MUST be in its box (there is a programming strap with the box)
While programming, NO OTHER DIGITAL ACTIVITY MUST TAKE PLACE (no other controlling speed, fonction, turnouts or other signals).

You must install a signal in your CS3 or CS2 corresponding to the signal type 2 light signal ("Hp0 Hp2) and another for the signal following this one on the track to drive the advance signal (you must select if this is a 2 or 3 positions signal.
When powering up the signal in its box, the main signal wil blink until on your digital unit (CS3, CS2, MS1, MS2) you control the FIRST SIGNAL selected address.
As soon as you have done this, the advance signal will blink. You will control the SECOND SIGNAL and the signal will stop blinking.
Next, power off, removal from the box and installation on the track. Power on and start using it.

You have 30 seconds after power-up to programm the address past which the signal turns into demo modus (If I remember correctly)

The SECOND SIGNAL address will be shared (be the same) with the advance signal in the 76395 and the main signal it is supposed to announce

KEEP THE BOX as you will need it for any address change. Don't install the electronics with the signal under the track when you have a permanent layout.

Cheers
Jean

Thank you very much for your reply. I managed to enter the stage where the lights are flashing but I don't know how to assign a key to each aspect?
Do I have to hold a key for a few seconds for each aspect? Or should I just hit it once? Or should I hold two keys at the same time?

Thanks

Hi
Nothing to hold
Stage 1: the signal needs to know the address of the Main signal (It is blinking). Lets suppose you selected a signal address 12 (red or green, doesn't matter)

This is the STARTING ADDRESS (here doesn't matter because the signal has only 2 positions.
Next the main signal stops blinking so it has memorized it is 12 Red for red position and 12 Green for green position.

Next the advance signal starts blinking. Lets suppose you selected a signal address of 115 (red or green)
Again, this is a starting address for a 3 position signal

So the programming is finished. Switch power off and remove the signal from the box.

Now the advance signal will respond as follows:
- 115 Green --> Advance signal green green
- 115 Red --> Advance signal orange orange
- 116 Green or Red (Not sure here) --> Advance signal orange green
-12 Red --> Main signal Red
-12 Green--> Main signal Green

Cheers
Jean
PS: to read the user's manual helps a lot

Thank you for your answer. I understand the stated principles. I use Monitor Station 2. Let's say I want to assign keyboard number one to signal. In this way, the 12 or 115 that you gave as an example means the same 4 options on each page?WhatsApp Image 2024-02-11 at 17.31.06_794aaa1a.jpg
And in the same way, for other aspects, should I go to the next pages of keyboard one?

thanks

I would also like to emphasize that I read the manual, but it did not help because it says to hold the button until the lights are fixed!WhatsApp Image 2024-02-11 at 17.04.20_79660772.jpg

Hi Farid
You did not tell you were using an Mobile Station 2.
On your picture, the MS2 is ready to operate addresses 1 (left side) and 2 right side.
So, with this screen you are ready to enter Address 1 or Address 2.
The MS2 must be set to operate MM2 accessories (it does by default)

Now the instruction manual. I agree it is confusing and related to devices 2 generations before : the Central Unit 6021 and its keyboard.
So you choose the device address and you press on the Red or Green button The blinking should stop on the main signal and the advance signal should start blinking, etc
Cheers
Jean
