Is there a way of swapping the red/green position of a set of digital points?
i.e., making the turnout the green and the straight the red.

Can always be done with a soldering iron, assuming you use decoders in the trackbed.

Simply swap wires when using external k83/m83 decoders.

Some controllers allow to swap turnout function in the UI (not the MS2).

Me? Use a soldering iron near anything remotely delicate? Oh no. LOL.

So the other options are UI (ECoS or Central Station) or external decoders k83/m83.

............ /

(the bottom / is a point, not a crossing and ignore the dots)

So the bottom line is a shunt spur to the left of the point and goods sidings to the right.
The track coming in from the top right continues on the top line - therefore the points act
as a crossover (and so the top point would have to have green/red reversed).

That's why I want to do that.
