Today, I visited a HO gauge rail model exhibition, which was not dynamic models layout but it looked very authentic in many details. These layouts were made according to the real scenery around 1960~1980 in Taiwan, including stations, rolling stocks, rail facilities, streets, buildings and people's living in that era. Here are some pictures I would like to share with fellows. As a result of the glass of showcase and spotlights, some pictures were interfered by the lighting.

Taipei Rolling Stocks Maintenance Factory

The factory has been converted into National Railway Museum since 2016 which preserves and exhibits number of locomotives, passenger cars and freight cars used to running on the main or branch lines.

This line was built from 1910 and has been converted into LRT. The part section of line is preserved and becomes railway park. In the park you can see steam and diesel locomotives. A shunting loco runs back and forth on the rails as usual even though the line has been out of service. At the north corner a green building for signals and turnouts control still can be in operation.
