After so many years Märklin decided to produce a double switch, I can't believe it.

I seem to recall a reference being made in a recent Märklin video, and due for release in 2023

What is the width of the current C track double slip crossing? How far apart will the connected tracks be if R1 curves join to it?

This from another Märklin forum

Good news from Maerklin:

Guido Meissner of mmc mentioned in his video that Mr. Baechle, the Managing Director of Maerklin confirmed that the long awaited Slim Double Slip Switch for the C-track system will be one of the news for 2023.

I expect the dimensions similar to 24740: 236.1mm length, 12.1° crossing angle.
