Does anyone know of a manufacturer who makes spoked AC wheelsets with either a 9 mm or less than 10 mm wheel diameter?

I can find several at 10.4 or 11 mm but nothing less than 10.4. I am trying to replace a pair of wheelsets on the leading boggie of a Fleischmann AC locomotive that has DC wheelsets that will not handle thrown position on some of my K track turnouts. I have tried 10.4 mm ones which required some modifications of the bogie itself in order to rotate freely, but these derail even worse than the DC ones. The Roco 9mm 40195 wheels work perfectly but look weird since they have the needle point bearing and are not spoked.

I could live with them not being spoked and painting them red, but the needle point would have to go. Has anyone tried to file or grind off the point on these type of axles?
