I noticed this mentioned at the bottom of page 27 in the English edition of the Marklin Magazin. So I went to the Marklin site to find out more only to discover that it is not listed in their database at all. I did manage to find it at Lippe and on eBay. It is pricey thanks to the declining Australian dollar, but I might add it to my long term wish list after I finally clear the back log of Marklin stuff that FD wants gone.

Anyway, I am interested to hear if anyone has already acquired this set to find out their impression of it and if they have any technical information about (e.g sounds etc).

Thanks Paul.. It looks like you might be correct.. I see that the 37756 has two motors.. It should be a good puller.. I was thinking that I could use something like that with the new ore cars and use the wagons from this set with the Da..

I have the set but have not run it. I expect that it has all the bells an whistles-at least the manual says it does!

It's a beautiful set, lightly and tastefully weathered.

I have the Lok out side the set as well, and it is a great runner.

come on Adrian. You need to keep your eyes closed. YKWIM. How many more bits of railway are you supposed to GET RID of. I have done my bit to help. You wan t to be careful or you might be banned from the computer. Imagine what it was like in the good old days. We had to get off our asses and go to the model shops to get what we could afford. I tend to be careful because Adrianne runs the finances and pays for everything I buy on line.
wad else ya got ya don wanna get rid of.

All the best Dereck

I know. I know, It aint easy.
