Hi all,
I saw this little guy on ebay.de and my curiosity has now arisen. It is an SBB ee 6/6. The Manufacturer, part #62661, is hobbytrain and it is AC. Does anyone have experience with them? What manufacturers do they compare to in terms of quality? Also are they digital or at least simple to convert? The price seems right and it would be a nice addition to my Marklin dominated SBB collection.

Interesting. I am a big Kato fan but I am surprised they would invest so much in a tooling and not brand it their own. Anyone elase know anything?

Found this on a site. Thought it might help!
KATO / HOBBYTRAIN in partnership with Lemke of Germany produces a small line of high quality limited-run European HO and N scale model trains with special focus on German And Swiss prototypes. All models feature super-detailing and powered units are equipped with smooth 5-pole motors and digital interfaces
