Does the CS2 understand the Railcom feedback from the Viessmann turnout motor/decoder 4554? I am not interested in the relay method.

The CS2 does not understand any Railcom feedback at all.

Let's hope Marklin will make something similar with feedback for CS2. The current C-track motors, 74490, 74491, 74492, are obviously not designed for DC.

On the Viessman item I thought the feedback was coming from the decoder...Confused

Right so. And some controllers (like ECoS) can receive that feedback, some controllers (like CS2) cannot receive that feedback.

The Viessmann motor has a built-in decoder. When Märklin C track motors are used with e.g. ESU decoders, then the decoder can also send feedback to the controller (forwarding the feedback from the motor).
