I need to know the four parts in seal bags is use for?

It came from 2610 digital starter set.

Steve,

Perhaps there is another use, but to me these look like the little clips that come with K track bridge sections, so that you can clip your track into the bridge. I believe each section normally comes with one bag (such as Marklin 7262, 7263, 7267, 7268, etc).

i think brandon is right- those come with bridges. not sure what else they might be used for though

Yes that's the bridge as I check on ebay and found same parts.
