Electric Loco identification?

Joined: 27/12/2009(UTC) Posts: 1,157 Location: Western Cape Cape Town		I have been offered an Elec loco, but have no idea what model it is - the number on the side of the loco is DB144 4374. Looks in excellent condition, and runs really well - I think it has the "electronic" reverse unit?? My question is, would the 60760 kit fit/work in this loco - I would hate for it to simply stand on the shelf - according to M the 60760 will fit "most" locos with drum style commutator motors?- a real good looking loco, I think, anyway. Have had a look thru an old 1979 catalog - could it be item 3034?? thanks for any help!! Joe
