After a long absence, I'm thinking of reopening my Marklin boxes and converting to digital. I'd like to start slowly, say with 5 locomotives and 10 switches, and the Mobile Station. My tracks are a combination of M's and K's.

What is the bare minimum configuration of powers supplies, decoders, connectors and what-not, will I need to run this set-up? I'd appreciate any advice on how I can do this without busting my budget. Thanks.
