Has anyone heard of this:

I have new style "IR controller", little gray one they put in the 29181, (29161_ my set),etc.
When you Re-rail a 37777 Zeppelin / MFX onto the track ,, its instant buzzing and shorts the system out.
If you have the 37777 on the C track and turn the system on, its an instant short, ,, no lights, noise... theatratics at all.

All other engines/decoders [hobby type decoder and the decoder in Le Capitole] work fine.

This is the second Zeppelin tested and same thing, 1st Zepp. has been tested and it works fine on CS/ 6021 systems , thankfully it didn't cook it.

Could it be another MFX 'unwanted feature'

The 'IR controller' is pictured in the Zepp manual _ Function chart [like in all late model M* engines] to operate this Zepp/ decoder !

Anyone heard of this type of problem ?

Howard
