I was wondering if anybody knows where the new 2011/12 catalogs for Marklin and Trix can be downloaded as PDFs? I didn't see them on the website, but I remember having had previous versions electronically...

Thanks for any hint...
Arthur

Märklin offers new items brochures as PDF (available since February), but not the catalogues.
Did you mean those?
http://www.maerklin.de/d...lichungen/neuheiten.html (German versions)
http://www.maerklin.com/...s/catalog_downloads.html (international versions (EN, FR, NL))

A certain user has scanned several catalogues and made them available as PDF - you never found those on Märklin's site.
Regards
Tom

hi steven
well looking through that most of that is the general items
from the last year with the odd exception and all the general
stock items that are produced every year with all the stock
track, hobby cars, standard starter sets, controls signals etc
so we can expect a NEW items catalogue early 2012 to time for
the first trade show of 2012 I guess and thats what most are
hanging out for
we had a good show last weekend being the first one in Christchurch
for two years thanks to the earthquakes, so it was good to bring a
bit of joy to the kids faces after what they have been through
we had a big space open up in front of our trade stand so we took
our demo layout two down which had not been run for 11 months
put the trains on, didn't even clean the tracks, plugged in central
station and the kids visiting ran it all weekend no problem, which really
had parents amazed that their kids could operate it in no time so we
were very happy to say "Marklin any Kid can run it "
Thanks for all the work you do on delivery updates it is appreciated
even by us retailers
regards

can all get back to buying trains

It is true that Marklin do not issue the catalog as a pdf file.

However, I usually scan it myself, because I like having them on my PC for quick reference.

I did make them available for download, but removed them when some schmucks decided to burn them to DVD and sell them for their own profit.

Yeah, you might win one off League games, but we still hold the World Cup, the Tri Nations, and goodness knows what else.

Plus, who cares about League at the moment!
