That's what they write in the manual.

I use the short distance between loco and tender - no problems on R2 (no R1 on my layout where express trains are going). ThumpUp

If you don't install a smoke generator you'll see green light coming out of the smoke stack.
I installed a smoke generator - maybe I won't use it to keep the loco clean, but it stops the green light.
Regards
Tom

What are we coming too? The sky is blue, smoke is green! Looks good Stephen, even when viewed on a Blackberry (new toy). Thanks for the review.

Smoke is not green. The smoke generator is a green light absorber.

you say Confused "The BR03.10 have run smooth with sounds excellent but bit much noise,"

Do you mean the motor is noise, the audio is bad or the audio is louder?

The sound bit louder with factory setting. It is digital sounds from tender (not the motor), I have reduced sound volume by 40% to make sound better.Wink

PS The motor is very smooth and quite running with sounds off.

Hi Stephen,
Thanks for review.

I passed up on the Insider model this year, but it certainly is a great model. Congratulations.

I also saw Lutz' pictures in another thread, which really show how well this model has been done.

Kimball
