There was a fire onboard the locomotive of a train connecting downtown Montreal with the Laurentians town of Ste-Jerome. The fire was detected at the Montreal-West station, which was closed for a while as authorities dealt with the fire. From what I know, this train would normally have been operating with a diesel loco and Bombardier double deck coaches.

More details to follow

I managed to find some reports, but had to combine English and French search terms to find them because the poster used Montréal instead of Montreal .
I can confirm that the locomotive was 1366, one of the Bombardier ALP-45DP locomotives designed for catenary and diesel operation.
