This us a limited Export train set for Sweden1999, available world wide.  I bought it in Oslo in 1999.

The locomotive

28703-1 SJ Sa  944

Note, in the 28702 set this locomotive had no. 938.
This model is version 3 of  Märklin 3413.
it is converted to digital operation with the Märklin conversion set 60901. The decoder also controls a small relay for power supply for the interior light in the coaches.

This train has current conducting couplers, therefore no couplers in the photos.

Note: In the 28702 set this car had a small letterbox on the side(over the "kungl. post text).
