Don't know if anyone has been to Neustadt an der Weinstrasse but down near the Hbf there is a small museum. I visited it this June and these two were of interest to me..

The one behind the E44 could be a E04 (1C1) or a E17 (1D1). The number of powered axles are hard to see.

My gamble is a E17, if I counted the windows on the side correctly.
