Have been looking around unsuccessfully as I think I had seen this same scheme years ago.
I believe they call it the “ White Lady” but I’m searching for one with less “ bells and whistles” than 37486
TIA

There was the 3441, which was a white BR143 with AEG on it. If you want non-white there is 37439, 37433, 37425, 34431.

According to HFKern:

34411 (1996) Delta 212 001-6
The 3441/8341 were models of the 143 001-6 in the AEG promotional livery. http://www.railfaneurope...ier/143_001/db143001.jpg

As far as I understand it, the Erfurter Bahnservice (EBS) acquired a former class 143 and repainted it in the original "White Lady" livery and this is the model that Maerklin released as 37486. The earlier models were all reproductions of the original locomotive in service with the DR and later DBAG. https://www.bahnbilder.d...4--143-822-5-1404196.jpg
Delta Rail currently operates the 212 001 (former 143 001) in the same livery with DR markings.

The 3445 in the 80s/90s S-Bahn livery was also a nice model http://www.railfaneurope.../143/S-Bahn/143594cs.jpg
