Hi Lutz, All,
My small collection
Today, this picture is to celebrate a special occasion: I acquired the 3050 (Bern 11414) exactly 40 years ago: on 24 May 1967
Lutz, I am having the Ae6/6 Erstfeld #<s>37373</s> 37363 on order as well [:p]
As we are 2 listed for the limited series, I wonder who those other 997 are

Since I am a big fan of SBB like yourselves gentlemen I am prompted to ask.......... WHAT?? When did this happen? I tried to search this model under the 37373 number but the Ae6/6 is not what I found. However the 37363 did appear at a few swiss dealers.
I see Lutz and Bart are on the list, how about you Guus?

Hi all,
It's at this dealers site where I saw the 37373 first:
http://www.zuba-tech.ch/
It's under button: Exklusiv CH Modell
"-Exklusiv Märklin 37363 limitierte Lok Ae 6/6 "Erstfeld" H0 WS
Märklin Ae 6/6 Cargo CHF 498.00 Anzahlung 49.00
Limitierte Auflage von 999 Stück
Lok Ae 6/6 "Erstfeld"
mfx Decoder,Hochleistungsantrieb , Sound

I haven't decided yet.
HAG will probably have their own version, which might be very desirable too.
On the other hand, what I regret most is that I didn't buy the Swiss Märklin models when they were still available, like the 37343 Re 4/4II in TEE livery.

Hi Guus, all,
Yes, HAG have announced the Ae 6/6 Cargo Erstfeld (#610 492-1, with the Gottardo logo), although it's not on their website yet.
At least as interestingly, they do also have the Re 6/6 in Cargo livery,
even one with 2 motors and Lokpilot [:p]:
SBB Re 6/6 Cargo 2mot."MURI"
Artikel-Nr.: 20 031-31
Lok-Nr.620033-1 eckige Lampen
And I agree, not ordering the 37343 in 2001 was the stupidest decision I ever made.
A HAG 216 (now 16 009-32) should be OK as a replacement, though.

I also decided at the time that waiting to get the 37362 would be a good idea as we had a new baby on our hands.... [:I] Ooops!

Just for clarification: 3350 11439 Schaffhausen or 3650 11445 Frauenfeld?
Hi Bart,
many thanks for the compliments - but your collection is very nice as well!!!
I can fully understand your "disbelieve" - my model has indeed road #11439 from #3350, which is normally the "Schaffhausen" but has the printed(!) city logo of Frauenfeld which normally belongs to road #11445 of #3650 which I had bought then - so a real "misprint"; that's what maybe makes my model very unique and why I really like it so much. The next pic gives you the proof; as you and others might recall these models were also delivered with the adhesive labels (#256030), which I show here and keep complete and intact together with the model since almost 20 years now.
You can as well see that besides the grey buffers I've also "enhanced" my model with narrow pantograph sliders (which you cannot really buy - I got mine directly from Mr. Sommerfeldt during a visit at his company).
Yes, it looks like you, Guus and myself are already three of those 999 people interested in this special SBB Cargo model [:p] (one had even already been offered on ebay for the full price; I'm not sure if that's legal, even despite the remark that you only purchase the right to order!).

Nice pictures Lutz, many thanks! The ebay auction you speak of seems to have been stopped. It was there last night when I was searching for the Ae6/6, but now it seems to be gone.

That's what I've been thinking too.Considering the auction prices of the Märklin TEE nowadays, the HAG version might even be a more "economical?" substitute.

Very interesting, Lutz!
I knew that they came with the
Schiebebilder
, but I was sure that you would have been the last one in the world to mount the wrong adhesive logo over the road number - so I did not even consider that option
Have you heard of any more of these misprints turning op at auctions, or would it really be a single piece?

The Ebay ad was from a German shop, offering 10 pieces of the Erstfeld.
Last time I saw it, it said '9 of 10 available', and then it was removed:

I remember reading somewhere that ebay.de and Märklin had signed an agreement where ebay would prevent Märklin pre-sales. This may be one of those cases.
Insider loks pre-sales would, of course, also be forbidden.

IMHO not restricted or directly related to Märklin.
The ebay offer was placed by "Hobby-Shop" in Gelterkinden. He is as well offering this loco in his own store (same description as Zuba-Tech).

Lutz, I meant that Märklin and ebay agreed to have ebay remove anyone's listing to sell Märklin items that have not been released yet by Märklin.

Ok...I repainted it myself, but it will come from M in the near future, probably 2008. I don't know if they will bring out black livery, but the blue one for sure.

About the 1215: It's a shame that marklin didn't get the colour right. The original is much darker, and it's colour deeper.

Hello
I wasn't satisfied with the finish of the black one, orange lines could be better.
Also prototype isn't black anymore. They accidently painted it blue due to a miscommunication.
More pictures of my blue one in one of my photobucket albums;
