Have you discovered if you have wear and tear on the rail surface?
I know that there are two different types of metal that are available and that is Märklins stainless steel and for two rails it applies to nickel silver.
It appears that nickel silver is more susceptible to surface wear as a result of voltage and current consumption associated with locomotive operation. |
