Hello everyone

It's been a long time since I posted

Has anybody ever attempted to use the 24360 track section as part of an extended contact area

If so how did you use it and how did you ensure it workedBigGrin

Hi Evan
These track pieces are exactly as the other ones (except length of course) with one exception: the plastic ballast body is made of 2 pieces.
So if you wish to convert it to a contact section, you cut the shorting bridge on each extremity.
How to ensure it works: using a multimeter to check insulation between the 2 rails; operation using the S88 read-out with a 3 rail car.
Cheers
Jean
