So currently live in Arizona, upstairs AC out, so a tad toasty, pool too warm at 36C, yet my beloved Marklin room is cool!
Just want to say a big thank you for the wealth of advice here that has transformed my basic set bought in Berlin, as the wall was being built!

The actual unraveling of the almost “ Masonic “ mystery of servicing locos. Actually going through the process has given me the confidence to embark, with good results.
It never ceases to amaze me the trouble and time given to questions.
In a time where the world seems mad, flat earth devotees abound, gives hope that there is kindness.
If there was an award suitable for Marklin, a gold would not do it justice.
Thank you Marklin and this forum for enriching so many people’s lives!
