Renaud Yver makes some terrific eye lever videos of trains, autos and people in HO scale. Although not Marklin, it is still worth while watching as it is applicable to any scale or rail system used. Here is an example of one of them. Notice the "bell crank" turnout control system. I can't tell if it actually controls the turnouts or is only dummy for cosmetics. At ay rate, it is pretty impressive. Wish I could understand what is being said.

He has done quite a number of videos. They are very entertaining.
He is a retired surgeon. He built the layout in his attic.
He does a voice for "Albert" who works for the railroad. Albert has a husky smokers voice and a southern accent. It would be obvious in this clip, just from the "smokers" voice. He explains the various aspect of the railroad to the visiting friend, Renaud. Sometimes "Albert" is driving a steam engine, other times one of the "autorails". sometimes there is an "emergency, a locomotive has broken down on the main line and needs to be rescued. The camera work is excellent.
There have been some internet interviews of him where he explains his layout. Any I have seen have been on French only
The layout is highly computerized with a number of parking tracks in the hidden station. He has a branch line to a village station. The idea is that Luzy, his village, is on the main line between Lyons and Chalons, I think the latter is a fictional town. Both of those towns are in the shadow station. Trains run from one to the other, via Luzy, his town. His era is the early 1960's. He has done a meticulous job of his buildings, the cars, trucks, and busses, and, of course the trains.
