Hi,
I had my blue 3039 converted to digital and a Marklin sound card was added.
However looking at the manual not all the effects match up. I have up to F23, but there are spaces. For instance my F4 is a long whistle, not the ABV off as in the manual. f18 to F23 are all announcements? f8 is also a station announcement? I was advised that the sounds were downloaded from Marklin.
Despite being a very young boy living in Berlin when the wall was built, my knowledge of German is very limited!
I am using a mobile station
Can anyone help in decoding my enigma please?

Many thanks

Obviously the sound project does not match the manual you are using.
Any function can be assigned to any key, so "ABV off" can be anywhere - if it is mapped at all.

With the MS2 you can change hardly anything and even investigating the current function mapping is a bit troublesome.

Which sound chip did you get?
Maybe the instructions for the sound project from the Märklin site will be of help.

Update: Sorry, the files on the Märklin site are not helpful. The person that programmed the chip should be able to provide some documentation.
Regards
Tom

As a minimum they should advise what project number they used. Using that the relevant info can be gleaned from the Marklin projects.
