Good morning all,
I would really like to know what types of marklin signals should I put at the entrance and exit of my transporter bridge and my turntable to be consistent with reality?

Had a bit of a rummage and found this, although it may be dependent on which era your are modeling, but I think the signals were pretty basic:

different version of the same signal:

Ray,

Sure looks like it! ThumpUp (no problem OT - since this is Duisburg-Wedau, your recent steel-works trains could be working Duisburg-Hüttenheim Wink Wink how's that for OT? Oy! )

Back to the subject at hand, I have not found many transfer table (schiebebühne) pictures that show the signals. Some seem to have nothing at all (but may be hidden by the loks) but do seem to have a klaxon sort of appendage, some seem to have what appear to be 'flasher' lights at the corners or on the control cab roof to signal "Table is moving!", but here is a more modren form:

red lights for "Stop", white lights for "Go".

Of course, if you want to get really imaginative and put moving parts on your table here is one that looks like the lights and sign are able to turn on the pole to indicate stop and go:

Thought I would just put this into the mix - one with flashing or rotating lamps at the corners, just so we have the reference Wink
