Question 33622 with new #35020 - What is a 35020?

I saw an eBay ad for a Santa Fe F7 (Marklin 33622) that had a "new#35020".

Going online, I could not find out what a #35020 was.
The Marklin web site did not have anything and neither did the parts list. I'm thinking it is either an update of some sort or an error in the listing.

Does anyone have any experience with what this means?
