Just bought this book from Amazon. It is very similar to the old Observer books. One lok to a page and a full description. It measures around 12.5 x 15 cm with 270 pages in b&w.

It cost £3.32 with free (Prime) delivery and came in two days. It was all sealed in clear film and is brand new.

Marvellous bargain!

Well done. Hopefully it makes your decision more easier buying a new steamer from Maerklin next time.Love

A little (I used to work for a Swiss bank in London) but not the techy stuff so this could be the incentive to move on with it.

There is a pdf link on my blog with a nicely described series of steam locomotives in Germany (unfortunately in the same language)
