That´s my frist post , and i realy need your help

my frist steps with EVENTS were very fine, but i dont understand the meaning of 2 things:

1- the icones 3 and 4 (like an "EYE/LOCO/+" end "EYE/LOCO/X" (the picture shows)

2- how to make an event repeat until some condition be reached

any advise ?
