Here is this mornings project. I converted this older 110 Elok to digital using the 60760 conversion kit. Simple and easy. My DCM motor was very clean with little use, and the wiring was straight forward following the booklet in the kit. Powered up and worked perfectly the first time. UserPostedImage

Yepper, just took awhile as the decider package got tied up in customs during our gov shutdown. So I had to wait nearly a month to get my decoder kit

Glad to see you have converted your 110

I have one I intend to convert also but I would recommend you put shrink tubing on the exposed leads to the chokes so they don't short

Again good to see some one achieve a personal goal

You'll have to post a photo of the current layout you have because you had trouble working out what you wanted to do the last time I saw a post from you
