At 8:30-9:15 you see a 2-10-0 tender engine which looks similar to German types. Around 15:00 you see a 2-12-4T, i.e. tank engine, which I guess is their 1-6-2 type (just as in France a 2-3-1 is a 4-6-2 Pacific). In service that should have been one powerful heavy shunter. Behind it is an 0-12-0T.

I think the video shows the transport of the powerful 2-cylinder, 150 ton, 1F2 Tank locomotive to Sofia for restoration. The 46.03 has been built in 1931 in Poland and with 12 sisters in service until around 1975. Since 2015 she is under steam. Around 13:00 we also see her younger sister 46.13 being pulled out of the shed. She is also preserved, one of the 8 3-cylinder machines built by BMAG in Germany during the war.
