Now that Thanksgiving is over here in the USA, food coma achieved and bad football watched, its time for holiday train displays. I went and got our live tree on Friday morning before we traveled to Carmel, Indiana to enjoy the towns German theme Christkindlmarkt. This was the second year for the festival in Carmel. Before we went to the market, I bought lightly used LGB Stainz passenger set for under our tree as I am handing down the vintage Lionel set to my sister's youngest boy who asked for a train under thier tree this year. I wanted a more German/Austrian theme anyways to go with all the blown glass ortiments I have been adding to the tree each year. So, other than a few more decorations on the tree, the display is mostly done. I caught my overhead train passing thru in the pic, that one has a LGB 2073d pulling a mixed train. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from our family to yours. Mike and Michele T
