You cannot do exact equivalents for most tracks, for two reasons: -

1. the straight C tracks are not the same length as M tracks (188.8mm or 172.2mm versus 180mm for M track)

2. The point geometry is different, giving different centre to centre spacing of parallel tracks. Also there is no equivalent of the M track 5100 series points with R1 curves in C track, ordinary points are all R2. The only points in C track with R1 curves are the 24671/24672 curved points.

Interestingly a 5004 is not m-track. It is red feeder wire with a tab on one end that sits above the center rail tab..

If you are talking about the feeder wire that is designed to be inserted between a pair of centre rail tabs, the C Track equivalent is 74042, which has both the red and brown wires that are attached to the tabs at the ends of any track segment.

As far as track, C track sections combine to make a 360mm length, the equivalent of two 180mm sections.

There are equivalent tracks to complete the geometry, but they are not identical. You can create an equivalent track plan but not an identical one.

And you can get an adapter track from M to C track (art #24951).
