Hi everyone Cool

My wife and I are going to take a little trip to Toronto on September 21 and 22, just to get out of the work in the apartment.

This will finally be my chance to meet my friend Mike from Westend Trains.

It goes without saying that the journey is made with Via Rail

Have a nice day

There are one or two trains per day which make limited stops en route. If I remember, one departs Montreal around 8 and gets to Toronto shortly after noon, while the lamppost runs take much longer.

Getting from Union Station to Westend will require a cab, bus or uber.
While there, you should also make a stop at John's Hobbies on Danforth Ave (Woodbine Station).

Regards

Hi Mike Cool

Thank you Cool

The departure of our train from Montreal is at 8:55 a. m. My wife finishes her night's work at 7:00 a. m.

To get to Mike's house, I think I'll check out the Toronto subway website. I think we can use it with a bus to get to Westend Trains

Hi all Cool

No taxi, no cars. We are supporters of public transit....when it works well .

So we'll be using the Toronto subway this Saturday to get to Mike's store.

From our hotel (The Westin Harbour Castle) line 1 towards Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station. Get off at St Georges station, line two towards Kipling station, get off at the terminus. Then bus 44 in the direction of kipling south to Mike's store.

Friday afternoon the CNN Tower

Return to Montreal Saturday evening

To see you later
