Digital - Marklin Hamo BR E 91 #3828

Joined: 26/08/2012(UTC) Posts: 40 Location: California		A 2 rail Marklin Hamo BR E 91 #3828 was recently purchased. A fine looking lok that runs well in analog. but it does not respond in digital mode. The manual recommend address 28 that was set in the Marklin MS2 and nothing happened. The "find" was attempted on the MS2 and it showed no lok. The set default was tried and no response. The manual showed a keyboard to reset the address, yet when the lok was opened there was a decoder, but no board. Any suggestions to get the lok to operate in the digital mode?

Joined: 26/08/2012(UTC) Posts: 40 Location: California		Thank you for your responses. All off the recommendations were reviewed and yes it is a DCC decoder without a switch panel. After extensive reacing an article was found in French revealing the correct address of 9. The lok ran like a Swiss watch several times around the layout after a bit of lubing.
