If you get a 37521 and 37522 and treat them well one day they may grow to be as big as 3956xSmile

I concur in this assessment. It has been a long time since there was a crocodile insider - maybe they are waiting on something special to go with it ??

Maybe an MHI item ??? We know that Q1 MHI is the Prussian P8 ?? What about Q2-Q4 of this year.

I would certainly love to see this item with moving pantographs, and mfx sound !!!

I am REALLY fighting the urge to buy a 3956X in the hope that they come out with an MFX/sound/updated version very soon. I know I'll probably be happy with this model anyway, so I'll gamble by waiting for an unbeatable price or an updated model. I would love for my two trains to grow into a large family!!!
It is what it is........

Hi

I would like to see a retooled version of the crocodile with mfx and interior cabin details. And maybe a different wheel arrangement, such as the BE 6/8 II.
Will Märklin ever oblige?

Greetings,
Armando
Best regards,
Armando García

This model (39221) represents no real improvement in that there are still no cabin details and the positionning of the headlights is wrong for era II.

I have 39561. It runs very well.

But I also think that the 37xxx-versions with the five star motor run very smooth.
I have converted all my Swiss crocs to 60901 and 60921, of course except for the 39561 biggrin

I also have the 39221, and 3300. I have converted the German croc from 3300 with 60924. Both locos run very well.
Best regards Svein, Norway

I still will not spend my money for a one sounded crocodile that is a regular series locomotive.

But if they made it into a snowy brown crocodile and made it very limited - then it would be for sure !!!!!
