Hello. I have this marklin cannon at home since always, surely it belonged to my grandfather. Muy father said it shot a rubber bullets, but it’s missing a piece. Could someone give some information? I hope I could upload the photos.

Hi Pablo,

Nice example. It is a Märklin ref. 8060 "Miniatur Mörser" (miniature mortar). It was produced from 1931 until WWII. Your example shows the later camouflage used in the second half of the 1930s.

Hi Markus. Thanks for your quick answer. Now with the reference, I could get the information about the lost piece and I understand the funtioning of the trigger mechanism. I also see that a lever is missing on the back support of the cannon.
