Hi Wolf,

I've had the 3796 original version of this loco for some time. There is absolutely no problem on C-track R1

Most BR96 can run on R1.

I have some run on 24130 R1 and find no issue.

Thank you both guysCool

I think I have found what is happening with this loco and decidedly it is the 4th loco who will join the others to be sent to Mike

The removable part of this loco hangs and prevents the loco from following a R1 ... it derails..Apart from the E10 which dates from 2012 and the Br 261 from 2014, the other 2 were bought in 2017 and have never ridden

Do I disassemble something of a loco ? Never ... It's not my job ... and marklin very quickly notice the fans disassembly

I often repair locos if its nothing serious. Marklin and HAG are usually OK but with Brawa I always have at least one part left over after reassembly.
Part of the hobby. Maybe if you posted a picture of the part that is not right somebody could help.
Take care I like Marklin and will defend the worlds greatest model rail manufacturer.

Can you not take a picture of the loco showing the problem I am sure somebody will help. I expect the picture on the box would not show what is wrong.

In fact she has fairy fingers ... she does all the little things on a loco that require patience, fingering like replacing rubber tires

I have no patience ... replace a rubber tire ... forget it

Mine runs perfectly well in R1. Its traction power is just OK (only 2 traction tyres and one wheeltrain geared)
The reason it may pose problem is the lack of space in it to install a sound decoder, loud speaker while allowing the full flexibility of wheel trains not only in rotation but also vertically.

Cheers

For me about rubber tires or traction tires I think that marklin is really stingy about the number of rubber tires

I think that all driven wheels shoulb be equipped with rubber tires

Cheers
