I have Marklin 74391 signal, I need to remove the clip at the end of the 3 wires or to remove the 3 wires from the signal base in order to put the 3 wires through a small hole in my layout, does anyone know how to do so?

Well I found a lot of descriptions in the German community Stummi. But one - not from Stummi - seems very interesting. It shows how to open the basement: On a piture you get a look inside and see the soldered cables. Perhaps you resolder it and after mounting you solder it again?
