I just finished updating my inventory which involved taking pictures of everything and taking note what came with boxes. My collection grew by a few cars without having to buy anything from Ebay! Locating the correct model numbers was challenging for a few items. Older cars and engines have the numbers right on them so they were easy but I will admit they are not true to prototype. Newer ones sometimes have the same number but look different. Example: Also when Marklin updated a item to make them more to prototype they kept the same number. Example: This makes me think that some of the people spent too much time on their lunch break. Personally I believe that Marklin should stamp the model number on the bottom their products with revisions marked by a decimal. Perhaps they receive a kickback from Koll's (when will Koll's put out a English version?). All well, happy modeling-Fred
