Check the CS3 manual, details are there. You need an additional cable.

You also need a 60123 connecting cable.

No, you do not "need a 60125".

Multiple "Terminals" (60125/60145), "2m Extension cables" (60126) and CS3+ (60216) MAY be included in the bus connection from a CS3 (60226) to a CS2(60213/4/5) - up to 100m

However the minimum requirement, using the system bus, is one 60123.

Comment:
Marklin document limitations in the USE of a CS3 (60226) and/or CS2 (60213 = actually HW v 3).
This pertains to the track side isolation not the system bus device connections.
Ref: table at bottom pf pg 31 ...
https://www.maerklin.de/...rklin_Digital_MM_1_2.pdf

So before you ask "how do I connect .." the real question is "can I connect" followed by "what are the limitations"
1- If your CS2 is not HW v3 or your CS3 is not a 60226 then they may be connected in both system bus and track (with usual track isolation)
2- If your CS2 IS HW v3 AND your CS3 IS a 60226, then they may be connected for common control (system bus) but should not be used to run trains between their track power sections.
3- If using a PC/Ethernet and not the system bus for connection - then the same limitations for the track connection as with -2 apply.
