not sure if this is the right thread, but I suspect there is an issue with decoder in the loco.

I bought new Märklin 37195 - Class Eb 3/5 Tank Locomotive with mfx+ and sound functions. Everything was working correctly at the beginning. Then the sound functions got lost after few weeks of operations. Or better to say, there is some sound coming from the loco, but it's very low. I can hear it only when there is an absolute silence in the room. I have only Mobile station 1, I tried to set the louder sound, but no luck.

My question is: is there any function, setup that I should follow or any way to reset it to factory defaults? I wanted to give it a try before I send it back to Märklin to replace it?
