Second...put locomotive on the program track and call up CV 1 adress. Third...change the adress to choice. Finish by click on confirm.

I suggest you download a copy of the CS3 manual and follow the section on pages 47 through to 53 (pdf page count) or pages 8 to 14 going by the page numbers on the English section of the manual.
