Hi All,

Tonight I will be in Buenos Aires for 3 days. I have looked on the M website for the dealers but can anyone give me so local pointers to the best dealer in the area?

I was there at Maxi in 2014. It is a great shop. However, there are no prices on anything. I think with the currency, they fluctuate too much. When you do get the price, it is quite high. I wanted to buy a lovely Brawa piece there but settled on a couple of Wiking cars. I had to have something from Argentina on the layout. Simply a spectacular city and country.

I would more likely suggest that you enjoy the steak in Argentina and spend your train money on the continent. There is a Marklin Club in Argentina. I don't have a contact address for them (try Google). They have some videos on Youtube. I would guess that as there is a sizeable German and Swiss community in the country, that there might be some places, especially in the German areas.

Have a good trip. If you have CNN, Anthony Bourdain is doing Buenos Aires tonight at 9ET
