Hi guys...

Just seen a brand new and very cheap Roco Gantry Crane 40111. Wondering if that should be on my layout.
BUT!
Can it be used on a US layout 1950s to 1980s style?
I know there is some german writing on the side of the crane, but that could be removed.

Best Regards

I don't see why not. I've seen plenty of cranes of European manufacture or design, German, Swedish, Finnish, whatever, in US industrial facilities dating from that period. You don't even need to disguise the origin.
