I have a Fleischmann 5121 K bi-level HO passenger car that suddenly started derailing. Upon closer inspection I noticed that the coupler was not returning to centre and that the fine wire centering spring had gone missing. The centering spring at the other coupler is a small wire about the thickness of a human hair. Since I cannot seem to locate parts lists for these bi-level cars and can't find anything on eBay that resembles these springs, does anyone here happen to know what part number I am looking for?
Any help would be appreciated since that car is now out of service in the "bad order" yard.
Cheers Peter

Regards Tom --- "In all of the gauges, we particularly emphasize a high level of quality, the best possible fidelity to the prototype, and absolute precision. You will see that in all of our products." (from Märklin New Items Brochure 2015, page 1) ROFLBTCUTS |

H0 version could be longer. Thank you. You are correct, I did not notice that since I had the HO filter set and am not sure why this listing came up. However, the picture is still representative of the spring that I am looking for, obviously longer for HO scale.

Hi Peter ,
It appears as though Fleischmann is just as bad as Märklin when it comes to posting parts for rolling stock on their website. I found nothing there...
But I do have some early Märklin close coupler spring wire that may fit (Richtfeder 313930), it would need to be cut to the appropriate length. I was thinking maybe if you would like to give it a try , I could just put one in a 1st class letter envelope for you.
Let me know, Gordon
