Can anyone identify this track cleaning car? - How do you clean your tracks?

Joined: 11/11/2012(UTC) Posts: 131 Location: Lancaster, CA		I've been cleaning up around the "old train table" and found this below track cleaning car. I was designed for 3 rail AC use but I can't remember who made it or where I can get replacement cleaning pads. It has a beer car theme with Jägermeister painted on all sides. kc6uvm_George attached the following image(s):
