My Rail Bus (3016, from the 1995 catalog) needs new bulbs. The catalog shows part number 61010. I looked on Marklin's parts site but did not find. Also searched the internet but no matches. I am wondering - no longer made? New part numbers assigned? Another bulb (with different number) can be used? Another loc (3058 DB 151 104-7) also needs bulbs. For this loc, I don't have a part number. I do have two reference documents that suggest Marklin has changed bulb numbers. For, Loc 3060 shows
bulb number 60015 in one reference and 61004 in another reference.

Would appreciate any updated parts information.

Thanks,

Harvey

Hi Harvey.

Older 3000 variants uses a 60010 19Volt screw socket bulb.
3058 used 60015 19Volt "push and twist" bulbs.

These part numbers was changed to 600100 and 600150.
Lately the numbers changed to E600100 and E600150, each in packages of 10 bulbs.

The two bulbs are used in very many Märklin locomotives, so I suppose that any Märklin dealer will have a stock of them. I would e-mail a dealer to check.

Some locomotives, like the 3000 and the 3060, has been produced for a long time.
During this time the bulb holders (sometimes the loco chassis) have been changed (3000 in 1996, I think), to fit the newer "socket-less" bulbs 610040 (19Volts) and 610080 (22Volts)

I have many 600100 and 600150 bulbs in my spare part box, after converting old locomotives to digital.

3016 lightbulb 60 010
3058 lightbulb 60 015

Taken from the 1985 catalog Parts list (numbers have changed as mentioned above)

These items may only be available from Maerklin in packs of 10. As these are common parts, some dealers may have remaining inventory or identical product from other sources in individual packaging.
You could check with Gotham Model Trains in Manhattan or Euro Train Hobby in NJ

Regards
