If I may be so bold, what's your secret for masking the interiors of buildings you light?

Paint doesn't work so well I've found and while masking tape (Along with paint) works well, it's kind of a pain.

No extra work...just the original light bulbs from Faller and and masks from Faller.....RollEyes

I have been collecting Marklin for the last 30 years and my current layout is in final stages of development after 16 years.
I have constructed a number of rock cliff faces (see image below:)

But in one area I need to construct a curved rock cliff face up behind the roundhouse which is difficult to directly reach (see image below:)

SO your method of constructing the lagoon inspired me with a great way to build a piece of layout on the workbench and then place it on the layout.
Construction has commenced thus (see image below:)
